How accurate is it?
The letter is drafted from your note — your words are the authoritative source, and nothing is invented. You review everything on screen before sending, with your original note shown beside the letter. If anything looks ambiguous, SendSlip flags it for your eyes rather than guessing.
Can I paste a real patient note into the demo above?
Please don't. This public demo page is not HIPAA-covered, so it must never receive real patient information. Use one of the samples, or fully de-identify your note first — remove the patient's name, DOB, and any identifying details. Once you have a SendSlip account, it runs on Refera's HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, which is where real patient information belongs.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
Your SendSlip dashboard is. It runs on Refera's HIPAA-compliant infrastructure — the same rails that have carried over 100,000 dental referrals. Notification emails carry no patient information; reports open behind secure, access-logged links, encrypted in transit and at rest. This demo page is not covered, which is why we ask you not to paste real patient data into it.
Do my referring doctors need an account?
No. Your GP clicks the secure link and the report opens. No account, no login, no software on their side.
What does it cost?
